Road Run, Super Sports Run, Dubai Holding SkyRu
Dubai Desert Road Run
Since 2015, Physique TV served as the o cial TV partner of the Dub
Gathering thousands of runners, the event appeals to all types of enthu
social runners to the best UAE based athletes.
This community event features two distances: 10km and 3km which is h
stadium. All nishers of the run were awarded with medals, and additiona
as per their respective age groups were awarded with trophies. The event
4th June before the summer season started.
Dubai Holding Sky Run
Dubai Holding, together with Dubai Sports Council and Physique TV partnered for the 2016
edition of the annual Sky Run event – the ultimate staircase running challenge, where
participants climbed 52 oors of the Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
Proceeds from the event were donated to the Al Jalila Foundation, a global philanthropic
organization dedicated towards transforming lives through medical education and research. All
proceeds from the event supports the Foundation’s medical research in the UAE on obesity.
Super Sports Run
The series of running events organized by Super Sports is
one of the most successful races in the community. Physique
TV and Super Sports sealed a strategic media partnership in
2014 to further drive the cause towards tness and healthy
living across the Emirates.
Founded in September of 1998, Super Sports has grown to
be one of the largest Dubai based company’s o ering
Professional Sports Coaching and Sports Event
Management Services to the UAE residents. This series has
attracted nearly 5000 athletes per season and plays an
integral part for many people living in the UAE to plan their
competitive and tness programs around these races. The
races were participated by complete novices to some of the
top professional athletes in the UAE and encouraged
families, corporate companies, clubs and schools to get
involved.
