T
he way businesses operate today is
starkly different from the time SGT first
opened in 1996. Exciting innovations in
the field of media and IT, which were consid-
ered impossible 16 years ago, are within any-
one’s reach. These changes proved to be constant
challenges as consumers learn to expect a much
higher standard of service. One positive is that
the technology boom has also provided compa-
nies advantageous tools to meet the dynamic
demands of the marketplace.
SGT’s underlying mantra “Innovation Meets Business” is what pushes us
forward to make sure that we apply the latest available methods in how we
function as a business group. We believe that progress can only be achieved if
we embrace inevitable changes that will benefit our customers.
2012
marks an important chapter in SGT as we celebrate noteworthy
changes that are taking place in our four business divisions. SGT Commod-
ities is creating new partnerships in new territories; SGT Media is expand-
ing its reach with Physique TV’s availability on IPTV, mobile TV, and internet
TV including a video on demand service; SGT Health is strengthening its in-
ternational hold by sending its athlete to the most prestigious bodybuilding
events in the world; and SGT Technologies is soon to find its new home with
the on-going construction of the state-of-the-art Optiron Business Complex in
Dubai Techno Park.We feel that this newsletter is a key component in our aim
to better communicate these milestones to our clients, partners and employ-
ees that make up our organisation.
In SGT, we recognize that our success also comes hand in hand with the
responsibility to continuously deliver exceptional service to our customers.
As we continue to grow, we are focused on this commitment by pursuing new
opportunities and innovative approaches to ensure that SGT will always be

Insider. In every issue, we will highlight noteworthy activities happening
in our different companies and we will also feature an outstanding staff
member whose performance and contribution are truly remarkable. We will
also have a Q&A corner where readers will get the chance to send their answers
and win an exciting prize.
SGT Insider will be available on the newly launched SGT website. The brand
new website, which showcases SGT’s new logo, is a major breakthrough that re-
flects the group’s evolution from its humble beginnings in 1996 to its position as
a leading business group in the region.

FBB Pro and Muscle Nutrition athlete
Baito Abbaspour has qualified for the Joe
Weider’s 2012 Olympia Weekend, making
him the first ever MN Athlete to compete in
the world’s most prestigious bodybuilding
event, the Mr. Olympia. Baito has partici-
pated in the last qualifying show in Finland
where he was able to gain enough points to
qualify.
Baito who is from Team Muscle Nutrition
was able to rise up the ranks in just a very
short period time, making a name for himself
bodybuilding community. He travelled to
Las Vegas in October where he posed with
the biggest names in the world of professional
body building.
Muscle Nutrition also participated at the
Olympia Weekend by sponsoring a booth at
the event. The booth proved to be a success
with hundreds of bodybuilding profession-
als and spectators, stopping by to check out
MN’s products and get autographs from MN
athletes like Baito, IFBB Pro Bikini Athlete
Tawna Eubanks, and Strongman Ryan Malin.
