Steel is an alloy made by combining iron and other elements, the most common of
these being carbon. It’s widely used in buildings, infrastructure, tools, ship building,
automobiles, machines, appliances, Roads, Railways, Pipeline Transport and weapons.
Most large modern structures, such as stadium and skyscrapers, bridges, and airports
are supported by steel skeleton. Modern steel is generally identified by various
grades defined by assorted standards.
